Claude Enterprise implementation and governance

Set up Claude Enterprise the right way: agents, a reviewed skills library, permissions, MCP and Microsoft integrations, and governance that holds up.

Claude Enterprise implementation means setting up Claude so your organization can use it widely without losing control of it. We connect identity and admin settings, design the first agents and a reviewed skills library, decide what Claude may do on its own and what needs a person to approve, connect it to your systems through MCP and Microsoft tools such as Copilot Studio, Power Automate and Fabric, and put testing, monitoring and change control around all of it. Your engineers work alongside us, so they own it when we step back.

Good fit if

IT teams who have bought Claude Enterprise or Claude Code and want it set up correctly the first time, organizations in regulated industries such as healthcare that need the configuration to match their compliance obligations, and Microsoft shops working out how Claude fits next to Power Automate and Fabric.

What it includes

  • Admin foundation: single sign-on, user provisioning, roles and retention settings
  • Agent design and a reusable skills library, version-controlled and reviewed like code
  • Permissions, access boundaries and approval controls, including centrally managed Claude Code settings
  • MCP connectors and integrations with your systems, including Copilot Studio, Power Automate and Microsoft Fabric
  • Governance, testing, monitoring and a change process your team can run
  • Configuration guidance for regulated environments, including healthcare organizations with a BAA
  • Working sessions with your engineers, plus a written setup and governance guide

How it runs

  1. Conversation

A free 30-minute call about what you have licensed, who will use it and what it should do first.

  2. Plan

A written plan for your setup: identity, permissions, the first agents and skills, integrations and governance. Nothing is configured until your team agrees to it.

  3. Foundation

Admin settings, the permissions model and the first skills and connectors, built with your engineers.

  4. Expand

Microsoft and line-of-business integrations, monitoring, and a skills library that grows as your team takes on more of the work.

  5. Hand over

A setup and governance guide written for your environment, and a few hours a month of review afterwards only if you want it.

Standard rate $200 an hour, with an estimate and a not-to-exceed number agreed before anything starts.

Common questions

How is this different from AI enablement and team training?

AI enablement helps a business team get value from Claude and ChatGPT in its daily work. Claude Enterprise implementation is for the IT team: how Claude is configured, secured, connected to your systems and governed across the whole organization.

Can you help a healthcare organization with a BAA?

Yes. A BAA covers specific Claude products and configurations, not everything Claude can connect to. We help you turn on the right settings, decide which systems Claude may reach, and phase in work that involves patient information only after governance and testing are in place. Your compliance team keeps the final say.

Does Claude work with Power Automate and Microsoft Fabric?

Yes, through several routes: Claude models in Copilot Studio and Microsoft Foundry, MCP connectors, and direct API calls. Which one fits depends on your security model and licensing, so we compare them for your environment rather than picking one by default.

How is the work priced?

Usually a monthly retainer of a set number of hours for an initial three months, then month to month if you want to continue. We agree the hours and the scope before anything starts.

Let's find out if we can help.

Thirty minutes. No cost, no pitch. You will leave with two things you can do that week.
