Est. cost: what the tokens would cost at Anthropic API list prices (), including cache writes and reads. A Claude subscription is a flat fee, so this is not what was paid.
Tokens: most input is cached context re-read on each turn at a fraction of the price, so output tokens and cost describe the work better than total tokens.
Hours: from the configured time-tracking source; cost per hour = est. cost ÷ hours.
Coverage: this machine only, and only as far back as Claude Code keeps logs (cleanupPeriodDays, 30 days by default).
